As the Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist, you have the ability to tell our story to people who already know us and to those that don't- but should!

This position will be responsible for effectively communicating the Credit Union's vision, mission, values and brand to members and general public. Conceptualizes and creates designs, concepts and layouts, and produces digital, video and photographic content for the credit union website, print, digital and social media channels to support the marketing, advertising, public relations programs and community relations. Works in conjunction with the Graphics & Communications Specialist to ensure a consistent look and feel to all DuTrac's advertising and brand recognition and will assist the Graphics & Communications Specialist in making sure all deadlines are met. Will work with all credit union staff in a collaborative way to as to best represent the credit union in every capacity.

Qualified candidates should have the following skills: 

• Minimum one to three years of similar experience, must have previous experience in graphic design, video editing and social media marketing
• Minimum associate’s degree in graphic design, media studies, advertising or marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication
• HTML/SEU and experience in digital marketing desired.

This is a 40-hour per week position- hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:00 am -5:00 pm.  Must be able to work on-site at one of the Dubuque, Iowa or Quad City, Iowa offices.
