As a Mortgage Servicing Representative, you will be responsible for administering HMDA data into software to meet regulatory requirements, provide training and tools to other staff members to maintain a high level of compliance with regulations related to the real estate lending area.  This position works directly with the Internal Auditor/Compliance and stays up to date with procedures related to HMDA data and reporting.  

Some key responsibilities include:

• Process all partial releases; review, correct and submit HMDA data
• Maintain escrow accounts and process escrow analysis
• Maintain home owner data base to include coverage and billing
• Process ARM notices monthly to members
• Pay property taxes for escrowed in-house mortgages
• Ensure that assets held as collateral are properly insured and liens are properly perfected

Candidates for this position will ideally have experience with HMDA and loan servicing, strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
